inspired by another price increase since October at Kontur.Accounting, for a tariff with email reporting, it will now be 11,500 rubles / year (it was 9k).
Not that it hit hard on my pocket, but I thought about optimizing this expense, as I am an individual entrepreneur (without employees, on the simplified tax system) and I use essentially only the following functions:
a) email reporting
b) tax reconciliations c
) drawing up payments for the bank, generation of invoices, acts
d) sometimes it is useful to draw up a reconciliation act
. What are similar cloud services with these capabilities?
Who solves these problems? Is it possible to solve them for a more modest budget (I'm not talking about going to the post office or to the tax office in person). :)

in general, having studied a little the answers and materials on the network (I do not pretend to be true), I have so far collected the following information:
1) For individual entrepreneurs without employees, but with reporting and documents, Kontur.Elba is still cheaper than Kontur

But if you take a closer look, it turns out that not everything is so simple:
- in the Module free of charge only from 1 r / s (if you have a r / s in another bank, then already 15 tr / year), invoicing / act - 1000 rubles.
- at the Point only reporting (damn it, 3500 for 1 report per year is not cool).
- Tinkoff business as a place for r / s and I will not advise the enemy. I just watch from the outside how people suffer there (see discussions and reviews on banks-ru).
At the same time, as an individual, I personally feel comfortable there.
3) Combinations of the type:
- service for generating invoices / acts
superbooh.ru - here you can generate for free, but they do not store them, i.e. generated - downloaded. And access with an office and goodies costs already 2900/month.
- LK IP on nalog.ru for reporting
- software, such as Business Pack www.pvision.ru/bp (only for Windows, unfortunately not suitable for me).

The "Button" itself is like a starship for me and I'm not ready to recommend / use it personally, but their review came out quite good .
There is material from 2014, but many services and programs are working and developing, for those who are interested, I recommend that you familiarize yourself, the field for study is large.
Based on my needs, which I listed above, for the time being I will look towards the Elbe, as it is convenient for me when everything is in one place.
Although, perhaps, I will simply master an office for individual entrepreneurs on nalog.ru, and I will form the docks on an online service such as AssistantPro.
For consultations, I periodically use the services of a freelance accountant, I found it on fl.ru, I pay by task (when some questions arise). In terms of money, it comes out quite a bit, and compared to an outsourced accountant who was paid monthly, the efficiency is many times higher.

Previously, at least it was possible to make invoices and acts there - it was convenient, but now they are asking 9,000 for it. To create invoices / acts, I recently found the srv-online.ru service - there you can upload your templates of invoices / acts and print them. Not as convenient as in Elba, but free. In principle, everything suited the Tochka, I used it for a year and a half, convenient currency control, they will always help if anything. In Tinkovo, I have not yet used currency control. For individual entrepreneurs, according to the statement, everything that is needed is implemented there and everything is within the framework of fairly cheap tariffs for servicing the RS. I use the module as a bank, and I like how the service is done in general. But since LLC, their solution for IP came across, but people seem to be happy.

For a long time I use only that accounting, I didn’t even test other online accounting services, I compared the conditions to the maximum. It is clear that there is nothing freer than Excel, but you can get fines from the tax office for incorrect taxes, reports, declarations and other papers. And the service can generate the necessary reports, there is technical support and you can talk to a lawyer for any questions (there is the possibility of communication once a month on my tariff). I saw by chance, the price of fire.
