How do you distribute rebates and vendor bonuses in your company?
It is very interesting to find out how different companies distribute all sorts of bonuses and rebates. For example, we have an integration department and a sales department, each of them sells or sells and implements equipment of all sorts of Cisco, etc., and there are also bonuses and rebates from software companies like Microsoft. In general, many vendors have certain requirements for the status, and the status determines the amount of these same bonuses / rebates.
I would like to know:
1. How do you distribute or not distribute this additional income and whether you take rebates into account when planning large projects.
2. Your Wishlist, i.e. your ideas and thoughts on how best to distribute such income among employees (who maintain statuses and pass exams, but for example did not take part in the project, or between different departments).
