Choice between EasyRedmine\Jira. What is better to use?

We are gradually implementing SCRUM, AGILE in companies. Now we use Redmine as a project/task management tool.
The calculation is for a team of 15 people - and these are not only programmers, but also copywriters / designers / artists.
We settled on EasyRedmine vs JIRA. We are familiar with the first only from reviews and long experience with the usual Redmine. With JIRA, there was once an unsuccessful implementation experience among non-technical specialists.
We focus on installation on our server, so pure cloud problems do not bother.
The experience of everyone who works with these and similar systems is interesting. both programmers and not.

These are all paid services, but there is an analog of AgileTeam that is in no way inferior in function , you can put it on your server, or you can use it in the cloud.

Participated in:
1. Project on Jira (first was Redmine, then switched)
2. A couple of projects on Redmine
Used Agile / Scrum extensions on both systems.
From the developer's point of view, both systems are quite suitable.
From the point of view of a team lead, Jira will still be cooler for complex cases, and there is a feeling that it is also better for analysts, managers, system administrators - for Confluence, Bamboo, Stash. It turns out that Atlassian provides a more complete stack of enterprise level solutions. Java. As far as I can judge from the reaction of the admins, Redmine (ruby) is not so stable.
So if there is a need to invest and grow, then I would recommend Jira, the de facto standard in the industry, like Microsoft Office.
If it's a startup / no money / hipster - then rather Redmine =) It reminds me more of OpenOffice, if we continue the analogy.
PS: Now we use devprom (for historical reasons, I do not recommend it in any case!), We can't wait to move to Jira =)

We switched from Redmine to JIRA. We use the cloud version and git + bitbucket integration. A very convenient system, tying branches with tasks, etc. How good it will be for non-programmers, I can’t say.

I used both redmine regular and jira. Like the choice of any mass and widely used tool, it is rather a religious question. I liked redmine more, but in my case, these were not quite comparable things.
I would focus on what the team has more experience with, whether there is anyone who can solve the minimum support tasks.
If they are the same here, then I would choose according to the cost and why the very soul lies.
