Where can I refresh my knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban in --- half an hour --- a few hours?

I decided to re-read something on this topic, began to google and ... it seems that the topic is firmly saddled by SEOs - a lot of everything that is inedible and something that sells at the end falls out. Who knows sensible and brief descriptions? Preferably English speaking. Thanks in advance.

agilemanifesto.org - 10min
Scrum Master in Under 10 Minutes (axofoft) - 10min
Kanban from wikipedia (enough to get started) - 10min
Just half an hour.
Well, it's like that - right off the bat. In general, if you want to use SCRUM or Kanban, then it’s better to hire a specialist. It's a whole bunch of complex methodologies. What another half hour). Even if you study it for a week, you will not be able to correctly apply it in practice. Just be careful - the topic has become fashionable - a large number of pseudo-specialists have appeared. Unfortunately, certification of a Scrum Master is also not an argument - as it is easy to buy and guarantees only basic knowledge.
Find a person who has been using these techniques in teams for a long time.
