What do you lack in existing project management systems using agile methodologies?

I am writing a thesis in which I implement such a system. I need some kind of super feature or a whole concept that has no analogues in order to fulfill the requirements for scientific novelty and relevance of the work.
Hence the question - what do you lack in existing systems?
Or, maybe, tell me in which direction to look - where in such software do you see the possibility of some interesting automation? I ask because in general it is quite simple - we add tasks, change statuses, look at graphs, that is, the systems mainly differ in the quality of implementation and convenience, nothing more.

@Nellint

I understand that you need something like Feng Office?
If so, then I don’t even know what new you can add to it. Unless you develop your own, new one, just add new features.

Well, here's a stubborn and not very common idea for you - using gherkin scripts written at the planning stage in the context of manual testing in conjunction with automation. Crossing the ideas of partially automating the setting of preconditions for test cases (for example, to slightly improve the life of QA with the help of some fixtures) at the stage of manual testing.
There are no more ideas that they would not be something non-standard. Yes, I'm not even sure that the above examples are something non-standard.

Hello
I think the most interesting topic (and not only in Agile, but in general in RM) is relationship management. Remember, a project is a work united by links?
Previously, he worked at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kharkov University, so the topic is quite drawn to a diploma, if you don’t dig deep. And if you dig, then more -)
To get a little deeper into this topic, I advise you to look at 2 articles on Megamind:
1. megamozg.ru/post/5330
2. megamozg.ru/post/10668
The second article is mine. There will be a continuation.
If you are interested in the topic, I will be glad to continue the conversation.
Good luck,
Oleksandr
