JIRA how to automate the transition of the task to the desired status relative to the clone?

5eed9e9648d64225573903.png

The essence is as follows - there is a task, upon creation of which its clone appears and flies to the board of the desired team.
It is necessary to change the status of the parent task to the same status as the clone. For example, if the developer moved the task to the "In Progress" status, then the parent's task should have a status corresponding in meaning (but not necessarily by name), for example, the status "task in progress".

Please tell me how this can be done through automation. The diagram shown in the screenshot above does not work.

The presented scheme does not work, because parent is the parent of some sub-task, but you have two independent tickets. Plus, the trigger should be the transfer of the ticket to another status, judging by the description. Alternatively, when creating a clone, create a unique link between these tickets, and then move the linked ticket. You get something like:5efb97ab519c7847926413.jpeg
