I know that the topic is not new, but still sore. Maybe someone will finally clarify the situation with earnings on Google Play for developers from Belarus.
I am interested in the whole procedure from registration to cash receipt, if this is possible in principle. Searching for information on this topic on the Internet left conflicting impressions - you need to create an account with Russia as the country, but it is necessary that the Google Play and AdSense accounts have the same link to the state, etc.
But still. Can anyone share a success story, or alternative solutions - for example, using various AdMob-like services.

I don’t know where you read that you can do a feint with your ears by indicating “Russia”, but, for example, this will not work for Adsense - Google sends a letter with a verification code to the specified postal address.
The only option for Belarusians on Android is to publish free applications and make money on advertising. If you still want to sell applications, then for us at the moment this is only possible with the Apple App Store.
