Payment systems - how do they implement the withdrawal?
Good afternoon!
I have a question - there are all sorts of payment systems like robokassa. And now the situation - users can replenish the balance, and then transfer it to other users / withdraw it.
Which option to choose in this case?
Now the only thing that comes to mind is: the robokassa pays to the account in the bank (for example, alpha-bank). Then, when withdrawing, I manually transfer this money to the recipient's bank account / wm / poison / etc ...
Thank you for your help!

in Robokassa there is a withdrawal to webmoney directly, and from webmoney through api you can transfer to webmoney wallets.
ps there is no payment for services in webmoney via api, but it would be nice to do something like in Yandex money
Robokassa does not have a personal account and I have no idea how users can replenish the balance. Perhaps you are mistaken or confused somewhere.
ROBOKASSA is a service that allows Merchants (online stores, service providers) to accept payments from customers using bank cards, in any electronic currency, using mobile commerce services (MTS, Megafon, Beeline), payments through the Internet banking of leading Russian banks , payments through ATMs, through instant payment terminals, as well as using the application for the iPhone.
You can withdraw from the robokassa: RUR RBK Money, Yandex.Money, RUR Single Wallet, RUR (VISA card), QIWI Wallet.
