I think you will not find anything better than the official manual ( wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:TOC , etc.).

go to mikrotik courses, they will tell you everything clearly and intelligibly. And after them you will understand that half of the articles on the Internet are complete nonsense :)
