Incoming spurious traffic - how to deal with it?

Tell me how to deal with incoming parasitic traffic using Mikrotik equipment. For the test, iperf
is used, with its help, traffic is generated on the remote computer on port 1000. IP of the router, respectively: 10.10.0.2:
iperf -c 10.10.0.2 -u -b 100m -p 1000 -b 100m
, traffic completely clogs the incoming channel, the router settings are standard.

Typical DOS network flood. On the end device, it will not work in any way . To discard an unnecessary packet, you must first receive it.

To begin with, close this traffic on the firewall (drop).
Then, most likely, these attempts will go away on their own, if this is not specifically for you, specifically DDoS.
