MikroTik RB951Ui-2HnD How to apply POE-out to the camera?

Dear experts,
there is a
MikroTik RB951Ui-2HnD , powered by a regular network adapter.
in 1 WAN port of the provider, IP Camera Hikvision DS-2CD3345-I is
attached to port 5 of the router. POE class and camera power according to the specification: 12VDC PoE (802.3af, class 3)
Can this router power the camera directly from port 5 without additional power? adapter?

There's no such thing. You are misreading the spec.
Can be powered by 12V or PoE. PoE must be 48V.
RB951Ui-2HnD on port 5 gives the same voltage as at the input from the power supply.
In your case, except to power the Mikrotik from a 12V unit and connect the camera via a poe splitter

RB951Ui-2HnD does not support 802.3af. only passive poe.

This model supports PoE output on ether5, but only in a proprietary passive format. Read more here .
