Mikrotik RB751U-2HnD, VPN, ping - it's coming, why can't computers be seen on the network?

There is Mikrotik. VPN is organized on it through Quick Set. (RouterOS v6.18)
Network1. Comp_A is connected to Mikrotik via LAN. On comp_A, in addition to the local network (via DHTsP), a VPN connection to Mikrotik was created. Everything is working. Mikrotik - 192.168.88.1 (VPN 192.168.89.1), Comp_A - 192.168.88.254 (VPN 192.168.89.252)
Network2. Comp_B is connected to the TPLink TL-WR842ND router via LAN. On comp_B, in addition to the local network (via DHTsP), a VPN connection to Mikrotik was created. Everything is working. Interestingly, the Internet goes through the VPN (maybe there is a checkmark "Use the default connection", but this is the tenth question). TPLink - 192.168.1.1, Comp_A - 192.168.1.101 (VPN 192.168.89.254)
Ping from comp_A to comp_B - going (from 192.168.89.252 to 192.168.89.254)
Problem: computers do not see each other, but you need to use file-sharing for 1C accounting to work ... Both computers are Windows 8.1.
Please help someone in the know.

See what traffic is leaving and not coming.
Most likely there are two options:
1. You connect the ball by name - problems with dns or netbios.
Raise normal dns or connect by address.
2. SMB / CIFS traffic is cut by the firewall in the interval or on 8.1.
