Mikrotik, GRE and routing problems?
Has knocked down already...
It is impossible to configure elementary GRE between two branches. The tunnel is established, Mikrotiks ping each other and each other's networks. But the neighboring network is not visible from the working machines behind the Mikrotiks... Although, I repeat, the Mikrotik at the branch can easily ping any machine in the office, and vice versa. But the ping from the machine seems to not even reach the Mikrotik (i.e. it is not visible in connections)

If you do it the normal way, then you also need to register the IP on the gre tunnel and route it through it. You don't see it on your screenshots.
PS Maybe you have it registered, but it's not visible on the screenshots. If it's not registered, write it down and try again.
PPS You covered up the external ip, but on one of the routers you can see which external ip the winbox is connected to (in the upper left corner).
