Why no internet after vpn connection?

Good day. I recently encountered Mikrotiks, so I ask you for help.

Essence of the question. I have a router from Mikrotik.
Based on it, an l2tp server was raised using ipsec.
I create a secret, after which I connect to the VPN server I created.
As a result, I see the local network perfectly, but the Internet on the machine with which I connect disappears.
Or rather, pings up to 8.8.8.8 go fine, but up to domains, they don’t.
Please tell me what am I doing wrong?

In the ip address settings for connecting to the vpn network, behind the "Advanced" button, the magic checkbox "Use the default gateway on the remote network" is hidden.
After it is disabled, connections to the Internet will go through the provider, and connections to the local network of the enterprise through vpn.
If that's what you want to achieve, of course.

If there is PING, but nslookup habr.ru does not work, then there is no rule in the Firewall or the DNS on the PC is not 8.8.8.8.
