What 3 problems keep you from increasing your computer's performance indefinitely?

I know about Moore's law, the problem is to make transistors so small that they are comparable to atoms, but what else are there?

If I'm not mistaken, not with atoms, atoms are still far away, but with the length of the EM waves that run through them.
Even as the size of the elements decreases, it becomes more difficult to remove heat.
