For the frontend, you can even write in a notepad.
So any rubbish will do.

For a normal front without serious enterprise projects, it is enough and even with a margin (HDD seems superfluous)
If there is money, I would rather take M1 Air 16/512 to the front (simply because it is a thousand times more convenient than a big box)

Not bad at all
Notes:
1) Although more memory is better (16). Modern IDEs and browsers eat RAM like crazy
2) You can save money at performance standards if you take AMD Ryzen
3) The question of the need for a thick HDD is purely individual. Now there is a lot of media in the clouds, and for development 512GB is enough with a margin.
4) If there is somewhere - you can think about the second monitor.

you didn’t say how much all this costs,
take an iMac - any, for what money is enough
or poppy mini + monitor

Replace the ssd drive with a normal one. The same Kingston. Ssd or m2 do not care
PSU also on a normal
Thermaltake, beequaled, fsp ...

You need more memory, HDD only as storage, SSD is needed for the system.

Do not listen to gamers in the thread. :)
Take more memory: stock pocket does not pull.
Give up HDD: you will deal with a scattering of small files more often, ssd is better.
A cooler is a waste of money, a box cooler will perfectly cool your meager loads.
A block at 600 is an overkill, you can take it at 400 and not lose anything.
If the budget allows, you can take the Intel Nuc, for example. Cold, silent, tiny. But a full desktop.
