How to copy sections of the Bitrix infoblock to another IB?

Tell me how to copy the sections (structure) of the Bitrix catalog to another Infoblock?
I tried it via CSV - only goods are exported there, by the way, categories are exported to Yandex, but there is no import through this format.
Only the properties are exported through the Infoblock properties.
Is there any way? Or through a DB to copy?

Doesn't it show a reserved disk in device manager?
What OS is on the computer? What FS is on the flash drive? What version of USB is on the ports of the computer + flash drives? (Of course, compatibility should work there, but you never know what happens)

Win7, NTFS. In other computer are displayed. Other flash drives in my computer are displayed. Of the unallocated ones, I only have some kind of disk with 100 MB and another with 1 MB .. Xs what is this. My flash drive is 16gb
