Weird glitch on windows 7 - video minimizing?

A few days ago, after the next update of windows 7 home premium, an unpleasant glitch appeared.
The image on the screen seems to be refreshed, approximately once every 20 minutes. Full screen flash games and movies are minimized into full screen windows.
That is, if you watch a movie, every few minutes it folds. You unfold, you look further, until the next time. It does not bring joy, of course.
Most likely, windows is to blame , because it appeared on 2 laptops at the same time. Configurations are different, software, in general, too. Nailed various unimportant applications in the task manager, such as daemon tools, punto switcher, etc. - there is no reaction.
Has anyone come across? Is there a cure?
UPD The liveupdate.exe
process was to blame. It is from the drivers to the huawei modem. Personally, I have a version of Tele2, but it seems to apply to all 3g modems of this company.
The treatment is simple - find liveupdate.exe on the system disk and delete (4 files, two with the .pf extension), then reboot.
Thanks to all!

It happens to me, Comodo is updated and MediaPlayerClassic is minimized from fullscreen. And the bottom line is that at the bottom in the status bar of MediaPlayerClassic it is written which process turned it off (the player). Try it, suddenly he will recognize and show who is “naughty” with you.

Perhaps some kind of system alert is minimizing your window. Try disabling the "Alerter" or "Alerter" service

Is the image simply refreshed or is the overall impression as if the screen mode (permission is acceptable) has changed?
if the latter, then it is possible that the firewood of the video card was not fully compatible with the updates. Refresh with error reporting enabled in Windows - swore just at the firewood of the video card, which, they say, hung and were rebooted. the glitch was observed when inserting firewood from nvidia from the "unimportant updates" of 7-ki. Changing to old ones from nvidia solved the problem.
