Building windows applications?
In general, initially I dabbled in C++ console programs written in Sublime Text 3 and compiled using MinGW. Now I need to make programs with an interface. What are the IDEs for this? Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans, QT Creator are not suitable. There is no criterion for an IDE.

cognitive dissonance. Somewhere my brain caught a deadlock, now I have to overload by hitting the head with a frying pan.
Embarcadero RAD Studio or, for example, Borland C++ Builder 6. I don't know why VS didn't please you, but it's better, IMHO.
