Font Awesome doesn't work in Safari. Displayed in all browsers except Safari. How to fix?

If the article suggested by Sergey does not help, then you will have to run Sysprep:

Just the other day I was migrating Win10 from HDD to SSD using Acronis True Image from WinPE environment. The system started up as if it hadn't moved.
Hibernation is enabled on the system, but fast startup is disabled.
