How to undo user actions?

How can I make sure that when the user logs out, all actions that he performed are canceled?
For example, the created folder on the desktop was deleted after a reboot. Or the file that he transferred to the computer was deleted.

1. Some kind of roaming profile with a script for logon/logout with complete deletion of files.
2. Completely perverted. A virtual image that will restore the original state each time through snapshots upon shutdown.
3. Temporary profile that will be created during PC login.

As irishmann said above , you need the Shadow Defender program, but it is proprietary. Why reinvent the wheel, mikes have their own solution - Windows SteadyState. And free.

Windows SteadyState is a discontinued free tool developed by Microsoft that provides administrators with advanced options for configuring shared computers, such as hard drive protection and advanced user management.
