Win 7 as a router. How to make lan and wifi work at the same time?

There is a PPoE connection, with a login and password, which goes through the wires to the switch. Mikrotik is plugged into the switch, to which there is no access. Other computers in the house that need the Internet are plugged into the switch and it is distributed by checking the box "Allow other network users to use this connection", and the network card is assigned the address 192.168.137.1, on other computers the addresses are registered statically, in the same range (otherwise, doesn't seem to work).
At the same time, you need to use wifi on your phone, for which Virtual router plus is used, but you can also configure it manually. It's bad that at the same time the distribution of both lan and wifi does not want to work. There is no money for a normal router, tell me how to get out of this situation as a winner.

In theory, combining two interfaces (lan and wlan) into a bridge should help. But the scheme turned out to be somehow ambiguous. Difficult to perceive "by ear".
