How to determine the cause of system braking, in particular google chrome? / Windows 7?

Hello!
From a certain point, Google Chrome starts to slow down. There is a noticeable delay in typing into text fields. Movies also freeze.
The problem started a week ago. I thought that I had not reinstalled windows for a long time, reinstalled the problem went away. A week later, the same thing happened.
Disabling plugins does not help, and there are only two plugins.
How can you solve the problem and understand why this is happening?
Thank you.

Began to freeze less after performing several operations:
cleaned the computer from temporary files,
Plus followed the recommendations from here:

In particular, disabled hardware acceleration.

Google is at war with the Softbodies now. You don’t know where glitches end and harmful bookmarks begin when it comes to a browser for Windows. More than once or twice there have been articles about the fact that chromium rapes percent under Windows and eats a lot of electricity. Moreover, the pillars of the IT community write about it. Therefore, the time has passed when a donkey could be demolished and put something from the side. Now the donkey has matured and the 11th version flies many times faster than chrome. So I think it's worth thinking about full immersion in the ecosystem. But breaking from changing the browser, I promise =D

I once paid attention to the status bar - during the hang, I wrote "waiting for cache".
Cleared cache - didn't help. I deleted the cache files manually - for 10 minutes. I set the cache size limit key - it ignores. As I understand it, the problem is a large number of files in the cache folder - it looks like the disk can't cope. Perhaps in the latest versions they changed the way the cache is stored - I'm not an expert. Even the SSD didn't help.
In general, do not take it for advertising, I switched to Iron - it has been flying for a month now. Yes, and according to the assurances of the developers, there are many Google "bookmarks" cut out.
