Web service for "textcasting" == live text or presentation broadcast from one speaker to multiple viewers over the web?

There are dozens of services on the network that can broadcast video from my webcam or even from my desktop to a specific page on the network, where everyone can go and see what I'm doing there with my face or on my virtual desktop. This is all good, but the video is quite heavy content (and, indeed, HD video, starting from which we can clearly distinguish the program code in the IDE window - even more so).
But I need to show several people in real time (well, or with a delay of no more than 5 seconds) the process of writing program code: i.e. in real time to print something in a certain window, and so that it is displayed in the same real time for 5-7 viewers who have visited the desired page on the network. At the same time, I don’t have to print in the IDE, I can also print in the plain-text field.
Are there such web services for broadcasting texts over the network? A sort of pastebin.com with real-time updates.
And so as not to get up twice: maybe someone even knows a certain analogue of www.slideshare.net , but also controlled by a speaker in real time. That is, for the audience to passively watch the web page, and the speaker to change the slides for them.
It is clear that both in the text and in the slide case, this entire “presentation” will be accompanied by a voice group conference on Skype. I would also broadcast the video there, but, firstly, this would seem to require paid accounts from viewers (and not just from me), and, secondly, over the network, again, for some reason, a rather heavy video will go content.
I would be grateful for any hints.
PS I remember in the old days in the small-town local network we played around with the Network Assistant chat (or even with NetMeeting) - there you could draw on a common “board”, insert pictures there, but the process was public, not moderated by the speaker.
PPS So far, as a crutch, I have come up with the idea of using a text document in Google Docs, which is shared for editing by everyone with the request "please do not write anything, just look." There's even a text chat on the side. But I still want an ideologically correct solution.

Telnet Users using any PuTTY
terminal emulator or even TELNET.EXE connect to the "broadcaster" which sends ANSI commands to control the console output in real time with a delay of about 1 second . Of course, the “broadcaster” can (and, in your case, should) ignore all actions (keystrokes) of the viewers.

Look at Google's hangout. Today it became possible to fumble the application window + notes, and a simple drawing tool. I think it's great for a small audience. I use it all the time, but I haven't tested it with a lot of people.
