How to record such a screencast?
Friends, who will tell you how to record such screencasts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65O-kmgmRI4&t=1060s? It is not the movement of the screen that is of interest, but the presentation itself - it is clear that the video was recorded first, and then the voice was superimposed (or maybe vice versa). I just can’t understand, you need to first record a video, process it, and then read the material under it, or what?
I have experience in recording and processing screencasts, but I want to present them with better quality. I studied at the course of Artyom Lukyanov - Screencast Master, but, unfortunately, there is no such thing there.
Maybe there are some tutorials on such recording and processing? Screencast recorded in this way is very convenient to watch, because. there is nothing superfluous and everything is fast. It infuriates when one, even a small task, is stretched for several hours: the author is always stupid, fixes bugs in real mode, looks for plugins, reads documentation, prints slowly, etc.
Thank you very much in advance!
PS I will not forget to mark the answer I liked =)

First, the script is the entire text being read as text itself.
Then screen recording, cutting into takes/scenes.
Then editing and simultaneous voice recording.
Parallel to or after compositing in After Effects.
