Which cloud and software to choose for post-processing of video sent to Youtube?
Task : once a week for two hours, several Windows computers using Open Broadcaster Software and slightly tweaked NVIDIA Shadowplay send video streams to the server, which, according to simple overlay rules, combines them into one 1080p stream, adds captions, a ticker and other whistles, and then sends to Youtube for broadcast.
Question : which cloud service to choose to solve the problem with minimal costs (the machine should work only 2 hours a week, at this time receive a total of 5-10 Mbps, decode, and give 6 Mbps) and which Linux processing server use video as the basis for the system.
The already loaded AMD FX-8350 can't handle it all. I really don't want to put another computer under the table.
If there are already services for such tasks, I will be grateful for the links. Thank you!
