How to rename your channel on YouTube?

Hello!
I posted videos on YouTube under my own name, and my channel turns out as Name Surname .
The task is to make a new name for the channel, call it, for example, ChannelName , change the logo, put an image wallpaper at the top so that it is a real channel, and not a page of a specific person with a photo like on a passport.
The problem is that they require you to change the page in Google Plus. It turns out that all my Google mail will go on behalf of the channel? So everything is so tightly tied to one another? I use this mail for both work and communication with friends...
It is impossible to create a new channel, since a lot of videos have already been posted under my name, I would like to save them on the channel, because there are comments, views, if not millions, but still.
What do you advise, who has experience in this matter?

I think that in your case - no way (Google's policy). If you want to make a " real channel " in your opinion, it's easier to create a website and link your videos there..
