Recently broadcast via Google Hangouts. Actually, a plug-in for Hangouts is installed and that's it, in the settings you just select a device for video and a device for audio when you start broadcasting.

In terms of sound, they rented a buttonhole (RADIO SHOULDER MICROPHONE SENNHEISER EW100 / 112), it turned out 500 rubles. per day.
Plus there was a second wired microphone for questions from the audience (it seems, in general, from karaoke). It was local, but you can also rent these.
The buttonhole + microphone was stuck into the Zoom H4N (you can also rent it). This is a manual multi-channel recorder, but we used it as a remote control, because. he was already in stock and did a great job with it :) You set it to 4-channel mode, plug both microphones into it, then from the headphone hole in it with a minijack cable they simply connected it to the Line-In of the laptop and received sound from 2 microphones.
10 megabits, theoretically, should be enough, then Youtube takes over the load. But it's better to check in advance.
