Youtube responds, but does not open in browsers (timed out), what could be the reasons?

In the last couple of days, YouTube has not responded either in chrome or in IE, although it pings normally and on other devices through the same router it enters without problems.
This applies both to youtube.com itself and to embedded videos on any other sites.
hosts clean, flushdns and renewdns did not help, the firewall is off.

Perhaps a problem with MTU? Have you, by any chance, recently reconfigured the router or firewall on your computer, have you disabled ICMP? Or maybe you are using an IPv6 tunnel?
