Can I copy someone else's video (free) to my channel?

Is it possible to copy someone else's video, 100% created (consisting) of materials under a free/royalty free license, onto your channel? Or do 100% similar.
Will it be a violation or not?

Since such videos are made from publicly available materials with a free / royalty free license, it can technically coincide that the created video will completely match the video on someone else's channel.

If the license of the video itself allows you to do this, then you can.
But as a rule, you will still need to indicate the original author.

What about the sound? And the installation? And the work of gluing / cutting different parts?
Not all free licenses go share-alike
