Is there video hosting with access control?

There is a need to sell video (sell the ability to view). Recordings of webinars, tutorials, etc. There will be about 20 - 50 videos for 1-2 hours, in HD.
I understand how to organize payment and control access to a page with a video player. But in the case of youtube, you can go from the player to youtube itself, copy the link and then use it unlimitedly and share it. You need a video hosting service that will provide video by access key or something like that. Keeping them at home is also a hassle, since you will have to come up with protection against downloading. Yes, and I don’t understand with the load on the server, if 10-20 views at the same time - what is the load on the server? How many operatives do you need and what channel?
Maybe there is some, maybe paid, video hosting with access control? Please share links and thoughts.

In general, there are a lot of options with such hosting. Foreign: wistia, brightcove, streamingvideoprovider, dacast, vzaar, sproutvideo - study the rates, to be honest, I'm sick of comparing them. The best protection at the base rate, in my opinion, was given by sproutvideo. Well, for Russian hosting, I know only Boomstream. I use it, because of the possibility of paying for services by bank transfer and withdrawing money to a current account. Download protection is not drm, but not all downloaders were able to pick up the video. In the same Vimeo, in my opinion, a little better than YouTube.
