Which screencast software should you choose?

Hello.
I'm looking for an analogue of Skype Linux / Windows (mandatory support for two platforms).
Required functions:
- text messages
- audio chat
- screencast (good quality)
I tried Jitsi, but somehow I was not very impressed, although the screencast is of high quality (everything is better than Skype).
What do you think?
