Need an example of a working code that uses the Skype API for sending MMS. Preferably in C#

I have already read the topics:

But I want to note that now it is possible to send SMS via Skype API. This means that support for the Skype API has not yet been completely cut down. Though there is a problem with the documentation on a subject.
