Embargo from pluralsight for Belarusians?

Recently there was (and is still going on) on the plurality an action giving 72 hours of free videos. I gave myself a satisfied course, climbed onto the dashboard, chose a course, launch it and see ... shish. It gives me the following (and not only to me, but also to a friend from another city):

Because your IP address or billing address is associated with a country that is sanctioned by the United States, by US law we are required to block your access to Pluralsight.com. If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please contact [email protected]

Has anyone experienced something similar? If yes, what is the reason for this?

@Kibastus

Got a reply from support:

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to United States open sanction, we have blocked our service to Belarus; www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Program... This does mean we cannot offer service or accept any payment of services currently to your country in order to stay within our countries laws and regulation.
We'll be sure to apologize for the inconvenience. We must stay within the statutes of our US Laws.
