Web Designer: Macbook Pro 15 Retina or Macbook 13 Air?

There is an opportunity to finally buy your first macbook. But after reading articles on the "Internet" a question arose, to which I can not find an answer yet.
What to choose for working with web design and graphics: Retina or 1440px for Air? I work a lot with graphics and it is very important to take into account several requirements:
1. PexelPerfect Design
2. I show layouts to clients on the most common monitors, so the average width is 1600px + 72 DPI
3. Comfort for working behind a laptop screen.
Tell me, what problems are there in working with Retina displays? What do layouts look like at up to 1200px and what are the cons of retina for web design?
