Is it possible to insert a hard drive from one macbook (pro 15 inches) into another (13)?
The bottom line is that the 15-inch one is broken and all the information must be transferred to another mac.
What's the best way to do it?

Take out the disk, and transfer to another MAC through the Migration Assistant. The only thing you will need is an external drive cage for the old USB port.
