When connected via usb HDD 4TB to Zyxel ultra, it stopped being allocated to a PC, what's wrong?

An external 4 TB NFTS drive, after connecting to a Zyxel ultra router via usb, was no longer detected on a PC, connecting directly. There is also no access on the router, sometimes it appears, but in a limited form (the presence of files). Writes when changing forbidden to write / read access rights "Access:: Manager: failed to write ACL." on the router. On a Mac, it is not visible at all and when opened, it says "The operation cannot be completed because the source object for "DISK" cannot be found", and on Windows it cannot determine the device and drivers.
When accessing through a router, it writes failed to get file attributes.
Another HDD is connected to the second port of the router and everything is fine with it.
Tell me how to restore the disk.
SMART does not support and nothing is active in the disk utility (check, fix), only format
The disk is all occupied with data
More than sure that the router has overwritten disk access rights.
What can change the permissions back?
