VISIO, EXCEL and Putty

Good day! I already foresee a bunch of minuses down my throat, but the question is this:

We have a task - to build a simple system for accounting and management, which are not in SSH and they don’t know what Putty is.
Given: EXCEL table and VISIO chart attached to it. When clicking on the connection column, the Manager must enter the server via SSH, through the PUTTY installed on him, without entering a password and login. (They are crammed in hidden columns).
I understand that we use THIS METHOD .
Has anyone come across something similar? And someone will tell you - why does the management need access to servers via SSH? We were answered shortly - NECESSARY)

Fuck it, get paid, don't want to change jobs. This is not a technical question at all, but an everyday one.

Isn't it easier to do key authentication, save the session and everything will work on click?

Why does management need access to servers via SSH? We were answered briefly - NECESSARY

Ask again. And further. Until you get a response. Argument - "It's inconvenient. If I find out why this is necessary, I can make it more convenient.

Honestly, with such idiotic requests from "management" that do not meet common sense and normal security policies, I would start looking for a new job.
