Are there bug bounty programs for Windows PC applications?

Many of the vulnerabilities posted on hackerone.com are related to a web application vulnerability. And the companies on this site suggest basically looking for vulnerabilities in web applications. But I didn't find any suggestions for vulnerability detection in Windows PC applications. As well as publications about them. Could you tell me if there are such programs? Or companies that produce products for Windows and have bug bounty programs. Also interesting are the successful stories of finding bugs in applications on Windows. In general, I'm looking for an analogue of the site hackerone.com, only with the publication of vulnerabilities in applications under Windows.
I would also like to know if there are sites for training in finding bugs in PC applications under Windows. A sort of analogue of codeforces.
And in general, is it possible to make money on finding bugs in applications under Windows.

Certainly. Go to QA, they do it all the time.
