I constantly buy through the plati.ru service for 4200 points. I take those that are cheaper for Europe (EU / RU) and everything works fine with Russian accounts.

The scheme is as follows: you are given a login and password, with which you activate an account that has a specified number of points on its account. You make purchases on them (games, avatars, themes, etc.), after which you delete the account from your console. Yes, this Microsoft account will most likely get banned a few hours after it is activated, but what do you care about the left account, your original one will remain untouched.
