Recommend an online store for buying Microsoft Points

I want to buy Microsoft Points for XBox Live Russia, but I can't pay by credit card.

As far as I know, you can buy them in the form of an "envelope" in which there is a recharge code, and also, they are often sold in the form of activation codes (probably scanned) in online stores.

I managed to find several online stores, but in the course of my search I also came across the sale of "non-official" MS Points, which are much cheaper and can be banned for them.

Actually, I want to buy exactly the activation code (because this is the most convenient and fastest way), but I don’t want to get to “non-official” MS Points.

Tell me, please, who knows - which online store can be trusted in this regard, that they have official activation codes for MS Points?

I constantly buy through the plati.ru service for 4200 points. I take those that are cheaper for Europe (EU / RU) and everything works fine with Russian accounts.

when buying official, you will be given an activation code.
with unofficial ones, most often - the login and password to the account on which these very points lie.

I will add that for the purchase of "gray" points Microsoft does not ban. The scheme is as follows: you are given a login and password, with which you activate an account that has a specified number of points on its account. You make purchases on them (games, avatars, themes, etc.), after which you delete the account from your console. Yes, this Microsoft account will most likely get banned a few hours after it is activated, but what do you care about the left account, your original one will remain untouched.
