HP warranty and OEM Windows license?

Good evening.
Prehistory.
I have a laptop HP ENVY 6 - 1154 er.
I bought it almost a year ago, on December 12, 2012 in Yulmart, windows 8 SL.
Situation.
Today the laptop refused to start, when the laptop stratum shows error 3F0, you can choose to check the memory or check the railway. there is also a sound signal coming from the disk (10 beeps), a Hitachi hard disk. The BIOS does not see the hard drive, when choosing a device from which to boot - again, there is no hard drive. Restoring the system from the partition on this hard drive again does not work.
Initially, I tried all the methods indicated on the manufacturer's website - reset the power supply, remove the insert the RAM, disconnect the cable from the HDD and reconnect it. Bottom line - didn't help.
I called HP, they told me that since my warranty had expired (1 year was) they couldn’t help me, they advised me to test the hard drive with Victoria and MHDD programs.
To the question - how can I get a Windows license (after all, when buying a laptop - it is included in its price), I was told that if I only buy a new one, with a key. They wished me the best and said goodbye to me.
Bottom line - MHDD and Victoria do not see the hard drive, when connecting the HDD through the HDD box to another laptop < again, only 10 beeps and nothing more. It is not defined in the system, there is no access to it.
Can you tell me how can I get my windows license back and maybe get HP to replace my HDD?
After all, according to the idea, it’s not my fault, but the money has been paid for everything. Yes, you can bring HDDs to servers by couriers for replacement and no questions asked, yes HP ENVY is not an enterprise solution, but 30,000 thousand is a lot of money for me.
PS When asked why it is not written anywhere which HDD is in this model, I was told that even people at the assembly of laptops do not know which HDD they install. If I had known that Hitachi would be there, I would never have bought it.

Now on business. Try to find an image of a railway from a similar beech. Pour it into the new HDD. Most likely Windows is activated, SLIC is registered in UEFI.

Regarding the restoration of Windows - you can contact those. Microsoft support and describe the situation.
As for the hard drive - they won't repair it for free, of course, if the warranty has expired. You can contact any service where they will do everything for money, but it’s probably easier to buy a new disk yourself and install it.

"30,000 thousand is a lot of money for me." it's already 30 million. Isn't it too much for a laptop :))
But in the case: why did you decide that this is a manufacturer's defect? Hitachi seems to make good screws. Maybe you shook it or dropped it during work, besides, a whole year has already passed ... and the Windows key should be on a sticker and sewn into the slic bios'a. so you can just change the hard drive and when installing Windows, the key should pick itself up ...
And the data from the dead screw can be returned to you at the data recovery company, if the controller just died, then they will take it inexpensively, if there are problems with magnetic heads, then it will be more expensive than half the laptop ...

Yes, even an HDD image is not required - on torrent trackers you can find sets of recovery DVD images for HP laptops.
This is how I restored Widows 8 on my Envy.

Let's consider another situation. Your favorite pit bull has chewed on your laptop. The fault is also not yours. But they won't do it for free. It's the same here. It all depends on how Windows was activated by the manufacturer. If all the infa was stored on a hidden partition ... then you can cry a little too! break off. For you yourself did not leak the information from him. Usually people make a copy of it.
