Using CMS Bitrix as a backend server for a mobile application?

An application is being developed for mobile platforms for Android, iOS, Windows Phone platforms. Development is being carried out in parallel.
The application is a women's calendar that provides the user with the opportunity to register and manage their calendar. The information must be stored on the server and be able to be edited. The data set is minimal: login, password, id, and a number of conditions.
Is it possible to use 1C Bitrix as a server for storing information? After all, it can exchange xml format, and data can be placed in the infoblock.

1C Bitrix is not very convenient as a backend for mobile applications.
Judging by the amount of information stored, you will have enough opportunities https://parse.com

Throw these ideas about Bitrix. It is such a big thing made for convenient insertion of components into WYSWIG editors. If you want to do it quickly - then try django with the rest of the additions - it will come out faster in development, cheaper in terms of money, and there will be less memory to eat.
