Is there an algorithm for searching for a person / person’s face on the mob camera. phones?
Are there ready-made libraries / instructions / frameworks for creating such an algorithm (without a neural network)? If not, how much will a neural network trained for search weigh? Is it possible to somehow use the built-in face search on the android camera to search for a whole person?

There are probably two working libraries locally - OpenCV and dlib C++ Library (requires OpenCV).
Demo for iOS (I don’t write on Android, unfortunately) - https://github.com/zweigraf/face-landmarking-ios
There are several free client-server ones, for example I liked Kairos - https://www.kairos.com/
There are professional security systems with recognition, cameras and equipment are also for the pros, the prices, yes, sir, are somewhat embarrassing.
The use of neural networks for recognition is HERESY and a scam for SUCKERS, as far as I understood from several test photos, OpenCV is everywhere, and then they powder the brain, puff out their cheeks and want money. To be honest, I just ohueL, when I realized this, it turns out that a bunch of scammers are sitting on an interesting feature.
For example:

https
://github.com/opencv/opencv/tree/master/sampl...
you? And then on the Toaster it is already customary to ask questions that are easily searched for by a search engine and maybe I didn’t search enough?
