Using a gym ball instead of an office chair, an experience?

The back hurts from constant sitting, but the work is sedentary and the problem must be solved. Someone works standing, someone picks up an anatomical chair for himself.
I want to try the gym ball. Share your experience. In theory, he makes you sit straight and trains your back muscles, which is what is required.

Are you joking? I think your back will get numb and your ass will sweat, as already written above. And instead of focusing on work, you will be constantly in muscular and emotional tension. I doubt that 8 hours of sitting on it every day will have a positive effect on health

My wife has good reviews.
I tried it myself - not bad, but there is a minus. The ass is sweating from the lack of ventilation ... The weight is large F)

Stay at home in the evenings. If you like it, take it to the office.
Well, I would pay attention to the chairs in which the fitball is used. Those. with legs. And then you can get carried away and fly back)

This is going from one extreme to another. The pool is also useful, but if you try to work in it for 8 hours, you will have problems with your stomach, with your eyes, with your skin, ...

I have been sitting on it constantly for 2 years, you will not solve problems with your back, you need to do exercises and train your back muscles. But the ass will be happy, gently, nothing gets numb.

In the office, people periodically re-experience with Herman Miller for balls. Then he goes to the high tables to stand. Then back to the chair.
Everyone chooses for themselves.

The ball won't help. To strengthen the muscle corset and periodically drive blood in problem areas, I advise yoga or Pilates.

Recently, I have been using an orthopedic pillow that clings to the back of the chair with a belt. They are sold even in typical office stores like Komus. It has become much easier. But their manufacturers in the instructions recommend that in case of instability of the vertebrae in the thoracic or lumbar regions, first consult a doctor (neurologist).

For a change, I sat on this one working day. But he couldn't do it anymore. It's better to buy a good chair, as for me.
