Upwork and documentation for tax?

Hello.

I work with Upwork as an individual entrepreneur on "USN Income (6%)".
R / s in Tinkovo and there I go through currency control according to the standard scheme.
The contract (imported), registered (recently the limit was exceeded, so I had to register it).

When I withdraw money, I provide COS (Confirmation of Services Form) for currency control with the amount (which will come to the account) and the date the services were provided.

I pay all taxes/fees through the bank. in the Personal Account there is also a calculation of insurance premiums and the simplified tax system. There is also the formation of a declaration and KUDiR.

In 2020, I submitted a declaration in full for 2019.
The tax website says that the desk audit was successfully completed.

Now questions:
Just in case, I want to know, so that in case something happens, "put a straw" so to speak:

1) What documents do I need to keep for the tax office, if they are requested (in addition to the declaration)?
KUDiR is kept for me by a local accountant in the city and filed at the end of the year.
But in principle, KUDir can be downloaded in Tinkov at any time ...

2) Do you need CoS? (Confirmation of Services Form) per transaction for tax?
As for me, they seem to me NOT convincing for the tax, tk. signature from Upwork (help desk) comes from as a scan. I just put them in a folder, but I'm not sure that they are needed in this form ... Can they be certified somehow?

3) What other documents?

It is the experience of those who have already encountered the tax on any issues that have arisen from the side of the tax and documenting everything that is of interest.
I keep everything white, but I don’t want to run into fines for some stupidity (incorrect documentation, etc.).

4.) By the way, has anyone paid fines, who is associated with Upwork? If so, and for what reason? Very often I hear that the tax office only puts spokes in the wheels so that life does not seem like honey ... Are there any bad examples? For freelancers working in white...

Thanks in advance for your answers.

For the first 2 years, I kept all signed CoS. Then he just scored, the tax does not ask them anyway. They called for explanations once this year, I don’t remember for what reason (for some nonsense). In my opinion, the tax officer did not understand how this is so - an individual entrepreneur has no expenses, or something like that. I remember getting angry that because of such a trifle I had to write an explanatory letter by hand to sit with them. You could just call.
And so there were no problems at all in 5 years of work. But I suspect that it depends on the tax. I have more or less adequate ones.
PS: I raised the Notification from the tax office and remembered what they wanted from me. They did not understand why I pay very little tax on the simplified tax system, although I have income. The fact is that I have a patent, and the simplified tax system reflects other operations that are not included in the patent: revaluation of the exchange rate difference or cashback on a corporate card, for example. From them I pay 6%, and from the rest a patent. The tax officer did not understand this and asked why the income was indicated as 2,000 rubles. and 900 thousand came to the account.

These are really all questions to the tax office, since in fact a lot is at the discretion of the local tax office and your tax officer.
