Can I have multiple Upwork accounts? For one name? Don't they get banned for it? Isn't it a problem if several accounts of different people from different devices sit through one IP?

Multiple accounts per person are not allowed. Ban permanent categorically.
Multiple accounts from the same IP or device is undesirable. But in general it is not prohibited.
If you work in several areas, then there is a feature of specialized profiles for you.
