Updating Skype in a domain not by admins?

For myself, I found a solution like this .. I distributed the shortcut to the web version of https://web.skype.com/ru/ for users by policy .
Removed the desktop version.
Microsoft's answer is such that it's useless to use Skype for home in an organization, switch to Skype for business and there will be no problems with the update

Organize remote control of all 59 machines, Radmin can help with this. It works on the principle of a local warrior.
