Hotkeys are configured in Total, one of the combinations is Ctrl Alt D , the second is Ctrl Alt Shift D. As soon as Skype starts, they stop working. If you exit Skype work again. At the same time, in other programs (in particular Indesign) - this keyboard shortcut - works independently of Skype.
