How to update Skype without admin passwords?

Skype has been acting weird lately. Asks to install an update, if the user agrees, then Skype asks for an admin password and stops starting until you update it.
Who decides this issue?
I have two solutions:
1. see where Skype climbs when updating, and correct access rights so that the user can update Skype himself. But I don't like this one at all.
2. put skype for desktop. but he is very strange. It does not have autoload and it does not go to tray. And it closes with a cross, which is unusual.

Remove Skype from computers and install it again, but not in c:\ProgFiles, but in c:\users\*username*\appdata\local
