Skype does not see the Internet?

At the moment, OC has two programs Chrome and Skype. Install skype via terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install skype

After entering the data, there is a long download and the error "Skype can't connect".
Ubuntu version 15.10 (64bit), skype 4.3.0.37, Laptop Lenovo g505.
Proxy no simple wifi via fiber optic.

What could be?:
1. firewall: in your OS, on your router/router
2. selinux/apparmor in your OS.
3. skype authorization servers are not available from your internet point. there is such happiness, temporarily, it will pass.
4. skype authorization servers are closed by a firewall (usually in the offices of all kinds of financial offices they do this)
